Crown's AW/17 Colour Influences Briefing - The Ivy

When it comes to colour, Crown Paints knows a thing or two. Their biannual Colour Influences have fast become some of the most trusted and anticipated colour predictions within the design industry, with their Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer trends helping consumers make the most out of colour.

To celebrate the launch of Crown’s AW17 Colour Influences, we organised and hosted a breakfast briefing with the aim of showcasing the colours for the coming season to key interiors press and influencers. Set in the heart of London, The Ivy Brasserie Soho provided the perfect backdrop from which to present the AW17 trends, with the private dining area offering a removed, exclusive space to unveil the new photography. Crown’s Colour Panel were also on hand to talk through each trend in detail whilst helping press to understand the journey and inspiration behind them. Introducing Considered, Intrigue and Patterned Landscape – Crown’s three latest trends for the season ahead. From geometric pastels, dramatic blues and greens and a pattern that perfectly mimics nature, watch this space for the latest imagery!

Sourcing the location and styling the venue ourselves, with a little help from the green-fingered friends over at Rebel Rebel Flowers, we created a sophisticated and atmospheric space to show the trends off to their best advantage. Working closely with the talented interiors stylist Sophie Brown and photographer Paul Raeside, we helped create the new trend photography displayed at the event.

We managed the event from beginning to end, as not only did we help create the trend imagery, secure top tier attendance and style the venue to be on-brand, but we covered the event via social media and secured forthcoming trend coverage from several publications who attended.
